Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Manage inventory levels, control labor costs, and implement effective merchandising strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in retail management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, management principles, and business analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
