Join our team to apply for the Operations Analyst role in Trade Processing. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a key role in our organization.
As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for operational processes mainly focused on trade clearing and funding. Your duties will include processing trade clearing efficiently and accurately for all relevant markets, ensuring give ups/take ups/EFP/NLT bookings are processed in a timely manner, exception handling and reporting on the post-trade clearing process, processing any post-trade requests from clients / front office, and investigating and resolving any clearing breaks raised and ensure root-cause level resolution.
Additionally, you will process all exchange deposits/withdrawals request in a timely manner, liaise with exchanges and banks on collateral related matters, and ensure compliance with all applicable external and internal regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A good understanding of Exchange-Traded Derivatives markets, systems and process workflows
- Strong knowledge of the key risk areas of the functions and its relevant controls
- High standards of accuracy, diligence, and the ability to meet deadlines
- A process excellence mindset coupled with initiative
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
