Disability Support Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Disability Support Worker at our Camberwell location.

About the Position

This is a permanent part-time opportunity where you will be working within a supportive team environment to provide exceptional care and services to individuals with disabilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients;
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Sustain a safe and healthy environment for clients;
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification;
  • Substantial experience in disability support and knowledge of the sector;
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and independently;
  • Current full Victorian Driver's license;
  • NDIS Check, WWC, and Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate;
  • Able to work a roster Monday-Sunday, both am and pm shifts.
