Job Overview

Ramsay Clinic offers a comprehensive treatment program for individuals struggling with mental health issues and substance misuse. The clinic provides inpatient support, detoxification, day patient rehabilitation, and relapse prevention programs.

The Addictions Service aims to enhance quality of life, promote healthy coping mechanisms, and personal functioning. Our therapeutic model utilizes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivation Enhancement Therapy, and Psychoeducation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate group therapy sessions for adults with addiction issues.
  • Plan and organize skills groups to support patients' recovery.
Requirements
  • A relevant professional registration or qualification.
  • Proven experience in addictions group facilitation.
  • A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in mental health and group facilitation.
  • Training and experience in therapy modalities (CBT, DBT).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and attend multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
