About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Member to join our Malaga team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating high-speed production equipment, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing the production area
  • Completing quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards
  • Rotating between various roles on site, including driving a forklift
  • Maintaining production activity and resolving issues that impact productivity targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred)
  • Demonstration of collaboration, teamwork, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Current Forklift license or ability to obtain one, with at least a year of experience driving a forklift
  • Knowledge of Food Safety, Quality/Safety/Environmental best practices
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Package)
