As a Bar and Waiting team member at our establishments, you are the personality behind the beer pumps, an expert on the drinks menu and know our food offerings inside out. You frequently recommend your favorites to create a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

-Greet, serve and attend to our guests' needs

-Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

-Work with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere that makes our guests feel valued

-Know our menus inside out, making recommendations to our guests

-Be a champion of brand standards and quality

You don't need prior experience to succeed in this role. As long as you can provide a warm, helpful manner to everyone you meet, we can teach you the skills necessary to excel as part of our busy teams.

By taking on a full-time apprenticeship under the guidance of our passionate teams, not only will you achieve a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member qualification, but you will also gain valuable work experience and support the running of our businesses.

What Your Apprenticeship Includes:

-Regular face-to-face and remote check-ins every 4-6 weeks

-A combination of on-the-job training, workshops and webinars to enhance your skills

-Reviews every 12 weeks with the apprentice, line manager and lifetime trainer to discuss progress and goals

-Feedback sessions to discuss areas for improvement and development opportunities

-Obtain Functional Skills in English and maths (if you don't already have GCSE or equivalents)

-30 hours paid work every week

The wage for this apprenticeship is £10.00 per hour for 16-20 year olds and £12.21 per hour for 21+ year olds. At our establishment, you will be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months.
