Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including meal allowances, merchandise discounts, and access to career development opportunities.

 

Job Description

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a sommelier, preferably in a fine dining or wine venue, and completed relevant education programs such as the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) or the Court of Master Sommeliers. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in wine knowledge and service standards;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • High energy, passion, and strong work ethic;
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude;
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
