Job Title: Regulatory Product Compliance

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Regulatory Compliance to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity for a talented professional to drive compliance initiatives and contribute to the success of our business in AU/NZ.

  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and be able to analyze new products and services to ensure compliance;
  • They will work closely with product teams to create and improve our products in a compliant and scalable way;
  • Stay ahead of regulatory compliance trends and the regulatory agenda in AU/NZ;
  • Identify and align with risk owners on main regulatory issues and risks in AU/NZ; and
  • Present information in a clear and understandable way to wider teams, and work collaboratively to define and execute mitigation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Analysis: Perform thorough analysis of new products and services to ensure they meet regulatory requirements;
  • Compliance Strategy: Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risks;
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and risk owners;
  • Communication: Communicate complex regulatory information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner;
