The Role
This Sales Assistant position requires a dedicated individual who can support our store management team, drive sales and revenue, and maintain high customer service standards. Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting as an ambassador for Ryman, demonstrating expertise in products and services.
  • Providing outstanding customer service, resolving complaints and difficulties efficiently.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by Store Management and the business.
  • Developing strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products.
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and promoting visually appealing store displays.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and identifying opportunities to increase sales value.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety policies.
