Senior Horticulturist Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead soft landscaping projects for residential clients
  • Manage and train junior landscapers to complete tasks efficiently
  • Communicate regularly with clients to meet their needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Apply horticultural knowledge to general garden maintenance, hedging, pruning, and soft landscaping
Requirements:
  • Certificate in Parks and Gardens or similar
  • Live within 30 minutes drive of Central station
  • Hands-on landscaping experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of plant species, soft landscaping techniques, and pest management
