Job Description:">

This role is responsible for leading all aspects of safety, performance, resourcing, reporting and team leadership within a depot environment.

The Operations Supervisor will set the tone by example, prioritize competing issues in a fast-paced working environment and ensure consistent application of standards, attitudes and behaviors throughout the team.

  • Ensure that all team members adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety standards.">
  • Team Leadership and Coordination">
  • Proactively lead the team, setting and maintaining work standards and behaviors.">
  • Operational Performance">
  • Ensure daily and weekly KPIs are updated and reviewed, and review and improve processes and ways of working.">
  • Loading and Restraint">
  • Check and sign off on local and outbound loads ensuring load restraint standards and Chain of Responsibility expectations are met.">
  • Customer Focus">
  • Consider the impact on customers at all times and collaborate with other functions and customer service to resolve delivery issues and customer queries.">
