Job Overview

 

As a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic and mechanical duties on various jet and turboprop aircraft models. This role requires the ability to diagnose malfunctions, disassemble, rework, repair, replace, or adjust complex aircraft systems.

 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with expertise in CASA B1 and Citation type ratings. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills, be highly self-motivated, and a team player who is willing to travel.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on aircraft systems, including checkups, repairs, and replacements
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using technical knowledge and equipment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and achieve common goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in aircraft maintenance
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on aircraft components
  • Develop and maintain documentation of work performed, including logs and reports

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a related field
  • CASA B1 and Citation type rating/s
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
