Parts Inventory Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled Parts Interpreter to join our Kewdale depot team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient storage and retrieval of parts, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, and manage inventory of products, components, and spare parts
- Liaise with Business Units to schedule internal services and maintenance
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently, updating stock records in a timely manner
- Monitor and maintain minimum/maximum stock levels to ensure availability for scheduled servicing
- Liaise with teams to coordinate parts between workshops, delivering effective handovers and maintenance outputs
- Report variances to the Workshop Manager, liaising with suppliers as needed
- Undertake data entry, reporting, and other tasks in accordance with TOLL standards and SOPs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Transport/Logistics industry
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Forklift Licence (not essential)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy skills – MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
About the Role:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary, estimated at around $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll be working Monday to Friday, with flexible start times, and every third Saturday for half a day.
