We are seeking an experienced Consultant Paediatrician to join our dynamic team in a regional city. As a key member of our department, you will provide consultative and paediatric management support to interns, registrars, and junior medical staff.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a vibrant regional city, located 3.5 hours from Melbourne. The city offers a natural playground and setting for family activities, with a weekly Farmers Market providing fresh local produce every Sunday.
About the FacilityThe largest regional health service between Sydney and Melbourne, providing care for a catchment population of 250,000. The facility has over 3000 staff and is undergoing a $600M redevelopment, with a new ED and short stay unit currently under construction.
Requirements- Registered with AHPRA and have at least 12 months recent experience
- Hold the FRACP
- On the FRACP training program
- IMG's eligible for Competent Authority Pathway - UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, NZ
- IMG's with RACP interview date
- IMG's assessed by RACP and found to be substantially comparable.
