The Development Manager is a key position within the Development Office at Parade College, responsible for leading and managing the marketing, communications, enrolments, and alumni functions of the College.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the College's marketing strategy to promote the College's brand and increase enrolments.
- Manage the College's digital and social media presence to engage with stakeholders and promote the College's achievements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of student recruitment and retention strategies to maximise and maintain enrolments in all areas of the College.
- Oversee the staff within the Development Office team, including College Enrolment officers, Marketing and Communications Officer, Alumni Relations Officer, and Alumni Relation Administrative Assistant.
- Support the College's vision and goals through the successful management of advertising, print, collateral, and merchandise, as well as development and fundraising activities.
The ideal candidate is a suitably qualified and/or experienced, customer-focused professional with sound experience in a similar role, known for their friendly and polite demeanour, attention to detail, execution, and energy.
The successful candidate will be innovative, highly organised, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Impeccable communication skills are essential, ensuring the successful candidate can confidently deal with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will exemplify our ethos and enjoy working collaboratively with our College community.
