About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team at West HQ. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching to our gymnastics programs and contributing to the development and revision of class lesson plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver coaching sessions to children of various ages and skill levels
  • Develop and revise lesson plans to ensure a challenging and developmentally appropriate program
  • Work collaboratively with the Team Leader to plan and deliver gymnastics programs
  • Provide feedback and guidance to athletes to help them improve their skills
Requirements
  • Coaching qualifications (or working towards)
  • Current and valid technical membership (or a willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid Certificate (or a willingness to obtain)
  • Working with children Check clearance (18+ years)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
