Job Summary

Ensure the reliability and maintainability of equipment and systems through strategic planning, data analysis, and root cause investigations.

  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Oversee equipment condition monitoring and asset integrity programs to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost control through strategic maintenance planning and defect elimination.
  • Provide engineering input into capital projects to ensure that reliability and maintainability are embedded in design.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering (or related field).
  • Proven experience in reliability engineering within mineral processing or heavy industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in conditioning monitor techniques, reliability tools, and software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
