Welcome to WAVELENGTH, a leading network of healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our compassionate and caring clinical team in Coffs Harbour, NSW.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with patients from diverse backgrounds, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.

About the Role:

As a GP at our clinic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care, conducting consultations, and performing procedures. You will also contribute to the growth and development of our practice by participating in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including:

  • A guaranteed minimum salary of $150 per hour for the first three months
  • Perm billings of 70%
  • Relocation assistance available

In addition to your base salary, you can expect to earn approximately $250,000 per year, depending on your billings.

Work-Life Balance:

We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm, offering you plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful beaches, lush rainforests, and outdoor adventures that Coffs Harbour has to offer.

Coffs Harbour is a stunning coastal town located between Brisbane and Sydney, with easy access to major cities and international airports. Our clinic is situated close to the airport, making it an ideal location for those who value convenience and lifestyle.

Essential Criteria:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • DPA position and visa sponsorship are available
  • AHPRA ESP and RACGP PEP-Specialist Pathway eligible international candidates (both substantially and partially comparable) as well as GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role
  • GPs holding General Registration with AHPRA, who have been accepted on to a fellowship pathway with either the RACGP or ACRRM are also welcome to apply
