Teaching Opportunity

This role provides a chance to develop and implement innovative early learning programs, foster meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and contribute to the growth and development of the centre community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the diverse needs of children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with families through regular updates on their child's progress.
  • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards).
  • Prior experience in long day-care (desirable).
  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Knowledge of child protection principles.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
