  • Key Benefits:
    • $105,000 - $110,000 Base Salary + Super
      • $15,000 Fixed Bonus

      • Opportunities for Growth:
        • Take on day-to-day operational decisions within the Specsavers framework
        • Participate in a comprehensive clinical standards and business management induction program
        • Enjoy ongoing assistance from the Specsavers Audiology retail team and support office

Requirements:

  • Hold or be eligible to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body (Audiology Australia or The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia or The Australian College of Audiology)
    • Two years clinical experience post obtaining QP
      • A high level of interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships
      • Ability to lead and work collaboratively to achieve desired business outcomes
      • And finally, you must want to challenge and help shape the industry for the better, with a formula based on clinical excellence, open and transparent pricing, and excellent products at value-for-money pricing
