Join Our Team As A Seasonal Sales Assistant

We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused seasonal sales assistants to join our team this Christmas season. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, be agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a love of beautiful homewares and all things Christmas.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of our stores to create an appealing and inviting shopping experience for customers.
  • Assist with operational tasks such as unpacking and replenishing stock, and participate in store displays and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is essential, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
  • Able to lift heavy objects (up to 20kg) and stand for long periods.
