We are currently seeking an experienced Staff Specialist or Senior Staff Specialist in Urology to join our team on a permanent full-time or part-time basis.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality urology care to patients in a 236-bed regional hospital that services 10 rural hospitals and multi-purpose health facilities across the region.
About the TeamOur team enjoys a busy and rewarding clinical case mix, including inpatient and outpatient general medicine, paediatrics, surgery, orthopaedics, obstetrics & gynaecology, and mental health services. We have a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, and we are committed to providing excellent patient care.
About the LocationMackay offers a relaxed and comfortable rural and coastal living environment, with easy access to the Whitsunday Islands and the Great Barrier Reef. The tropical climate is ideal for outdoor living, with beautiful beaches and a spectacular natural environment nearby.
About the Benefits- Total remuneration value of up to $470,780 (L24)
- A salary between $204,206 - $237,196 (L18-L24)
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading is paid for 4 weeks leave
