The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mechanic to join our field service team based in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting onsite maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs to our premium Hitachi earthmoving equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out high-quality maintenance, repair work, and routine servicing to our equipment in the field
  • Completion of inspection reports and other essential paperwork as required
  • Providing quality customer service at all times
  • Minimising machine downtime and maximising productivity

Requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualification – Heavy Diesel Technicians and Light Automotive mechanics – encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrated experience in servicing and/or repairing of automotive and/or earthmoving equipment
  • Strong communication skills and customer service focus
  • Ability to navigate technical issues in repair and maintenance services
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and safety policies and procedures
