Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth, reporting progress to the Regional Director.
  • Drive sales expansion and meet/exceed quarterly and annual targets in Sales, SGP, DOP, and EBITDA.
  • Implement price adjustments on time, maximizing margins and profitability.
  • Identify and secure new accounts within pricing/margin guidelines.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and management of Account Managers and Technical Service Representatives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching to ensure team success.
  • Lead and motivate the Sales & Service team, addressing performance issues and removing obstacles.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to all accounts, maintaining product/equipment standards.
  • Promote CRM usage (Salesforce) and ensure accurate customer data and effective time management.
  • Uphold Health, Safety & Environmental standards through safe behavior and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with Sector Managers and Business Development Managers to execute sector-specific strategies.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with significant experience in managing teams, driving sales growth, and developing business strategies. They will possess strong financial acumen, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to sell comprehensive solutions.

In this role, you will lead a team of Account Managers and Technical Service Representatives, develop and execute business strategies, and drive sales growth. You will also implement price increases, identify and secure new accounts, and promote CRM usage.

You will work closely with the Regional Director to achieve quarterly and annual targets, leading and motivating the Sales & Service team. You will also ensure high-quality service delivery to all accounts and maintain product/equipment standards.
