We are seeking a highly skilled Atlassian administrator to join our team and drive innovation across the organization.
">Responsibilities:
- Manage the Atlassian ecosystem through observability of key metrics guiding responses to daily challenges.
- Balance security and enablement, identifying gaps and driving improvements to elevate governance practices while unleashing the potential of the user base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners managing support requests, bug reports, and feature enhancements.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and Atlassian peers to track product adoption, foster user success, and pinpoint opportunities for growth across the Atlassian portfolio.
- Continuously monitor emerging solutions in the Atlassian marketplace to keep ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- Proven experience administering Jira and Confluence in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of workflows, schemes, permissions, and automation.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace apps and integrations.
- Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Groovy, ScriptRunner) is beneficial.
- Experience working in agile or DevOps environments.
