Key Opportunities for Speech Pathologists

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team in providing exceptional speech pathology services to home care clients in North-West Melbourne. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care that positively impacts people's lives.

  • You will have the opportunity to work autonomously, prioritizing and completing tasks, maintaining records, and providing patient reports.
  • Collaborate with our clinicians to develop innovative care plans that promote independence and wellbeing of patients.
  • The role offers flexibility in working from our head office, hub or from home.

Our home care team will support you in scheduling appointments and planning efficient routes.

What You'll Do
  1. Deliver high-quality speech pathology services including assessment and on-going management of dysphagia, language, and speech.
  2. Work with adult NDIS participants in their homes.
  3. Maintain accurate records and provide timely patient reports.
  4. Collaborate with clinicians to develop progressive care plans.
  5. Enjoy the flexibility to work from our offices or remotely.
Your Qualifications
  • A current VIC Driver's Licence and own vehicle are required.
  • A speech pathology degree accredited by Speech Pathology Australia is essential.
  • Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status with Speech Pathology Australia is necessary.
  • A recent National Police Certificate within the last 3 years is required.
