Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a Corporate Dining Attendant to join our exceptional front of house team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • This role will be situated on our client floor and provide service to our client meeting rooms, functions, and boardroom events with excellence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding dining experiences of food and beverage, including coffee service, to internal and external clients in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Ensure conference rooms are set up and cleared for internal and client functions in a timely and organized manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and stock levels of all staff kitchenettes and tea points, ensuring they are clean and tidy at all times.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all requests for dining service.
  • Assist with evening functions, after-hours meals, and staff drinks on a rostered basis.
  • Process invoices and receive deliveries as required.
  • Present yourself impeccably groomed and professionally dressed in a corporate uniform according to documented guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Certified in responsible alcohol service or willingness to attain.
  • Experience in waiting and/or waiting accreditation is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar environment in boardrooms or conference floors is essential.
  • Knowledge of table setting, service protocols, and silver service is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills are paramount.
  • Strong client service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times, are essential.
  • Freshness and attention to detail are also crucial.
