Medical Professionals Sought for Territory Medical Team

Territory Medical is seeking skilled Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our team.
- We offer a competitive hourly rate between $32- $45.

- Previous experience as a Practice Nurse is desirable but not essential
- Completion of Understanding Vaccines and the National Immunisation Program (mandatory)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Clear understanding of Practice Management systems
- Chronic Disease management
- Triage processes
- Provide evidenced-based nursing care, Health Promotion, and Maintenance
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
- Ensure patient and staff safety
- Competent wound management skills
- Diagnostic procedures e.g. Blood pressure monitoring, ECG, Spirometry
- Assisting doctors with surgical procedures e.g. dressing, excisions
- Stock management and cold chain management
- Venipuncture
- Must have current unconditional registration with AHPRA and have minimum 12 months experience as a Nurse.
