Program Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to manage our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) programs in Melbourne.
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, with excellent leadership skills to inspire and motivate their team.
- Manage the OSHC programs, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to families.
- Lead and inspire a team of educators and support staff to achieve excellence in programming and service delivery.
- Develop and implement programs that empower children with choice, promoting lifelong learning and exploration.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Oversee program planning, including design, delivery, and evaluation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor-qualified within Childhood or Education studies or other ACECQA recognised qualification.
- Valid Working with Children Check and current First Aid HLTAID004, CPR, Anaphylaxis Management, and Asthma Management training.
- Minimum 1 year's experience working in an OSHC environment or equivalent, with some management experience preferred.
