Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Analyst, Small Business Banking. You'll have the opportunity to work with small to medium sized businesses across Australia, providing invaluable support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Modelling: Complete thorough financial analysis for business banking clients.
  • Risk Assessment: Evaluate risks and opportunities on new lending and increases in client credit.
  • Data Research: Develop comprehensive databases of client/industry specific information.
  • Credit Submissions: Prepare submissions and coordinate deal execution.
  • Client Performance Monitoring: Monitor client performance and report to management.
Requirements
  • Financial Literacy: Confidence in reading and interpreting financial statements.
  • Client Service Background: Background in client service, preferably in business banking.
  • Transaction Understanding: Able to understand complex transactions and prepare credit applications.
  • Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or Commerce preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and time management skills.
