Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional to join our Integration Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day oversight of the service, with a focus on optimizing outcomes for attendees, their families, carers and friends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective day-to-day supervision and support to Peer Workers working within the Integration Hub
- Ongoing leadership, direction and change management to support overall service development and compliance with the endorsed Operational Service Model
- Actively contribute to the culture, leadership and day-to-day management of the Integration Hub to ensure individuals attending the service can access a range of services they require to deal with immediate concerns and promote ongoing independence and recovery
- Support consumers, and families/friends, as experts and leaders of their own care
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A registered nursing qualification and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Experience in mental health nursing and/or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with consumers, staff and other stakeholders
Benefits
This is a permanent full-time position, working 76 hours per fortnight. You will receive a salary between $114,851 and $121,886 per annum, plus 12% superannuation contribution. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including:
