We are seeking a highly skilled Remuneration and Benefits Manager to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and administering policies, practices, and programs related to remuneration and benefits.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Manager, Organisational Design to review and develop a competitive remuneration and benefits framework for the organisation. This includes:
- Developing and reviewing the reward and recognition framework to enhance our Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
- Cost modelling of initiatives including Long-Term Incentive (LTI) and Short-Term Incentive (STI) programs
- Managing the organisation-wide remuneration and cyclical activities across Australia and New Zealand
- Preparing ad-hoc analysis of group reporting trends
You will be instrumental in cultivating a high-performance culture throughout Linfox in Australia and New Zealand.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have:
- Experience within a complex, large-volume environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure, with strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach
- Advanced computing skills, including MS Excel
- Demonstrated experience working knowledge of SAP HR/Payroll, including Business Warehouse/Business Intelligence (BW/BI)
