Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development squad, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable software solutions that meet project requirements and company standards.

  • Design and implement high-performance software systems using Node.js and related technologies.
  • Develop scalable, robust, and maintainable software solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical vision.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers in the team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, focusing on scalable system design and development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of code architecture, design principles, and documentation practices.
  • Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guiding teams.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
