Warehouse Team Member

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Picking, packaging, and dispatching orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Receiving and processing stock, purchase orders, and delivery dockets.
- Loading and unloading trucks, as well as offloading and loading pallets.
- Counting and checking stock to ensure quality control and resolving stock discrepancies.
- Ensuring safe warehouse operations, particularly with regards to forklift use.
- Liaising with couriers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- A current forklift license and experience.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organizational skills, including the ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Intermediate PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Physical capabilities to lift and move heavy boxes.
