  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, deliver, and assess English lessons for students in Years 7-12, ensuring alignment with the Australian Curriculum and the SACE.
  • Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth.
  • Incorporate a Christian worldview into teaching practice, connecting faith with learning in meaningful ways.
  • Participate actively in Homegroup/Community sessions, building strong connections with students and supporting their wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership to maintain high standards of education and pastoral care.
  • Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Current Teacher Registration (South Australia).
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Current RRHAN-EC certificate (Responding to the Risk of Harm, Abuse, and Neglect - Education and Care Training).
  • Protective Practices training (can be completed prior to commencement).
