Compensation Package

The base hourly rate for this role is $20-$25 per hour, with the opportunity to earn great bonuses.

Job Description

This casual labourer position involves working in various departments within our production facility, including:

  • Production: assisting with tasks such as picking, de-leafing, and other duties as required;
  • Crop Care: twisting, truss pruning, layering, de-leafing, and other duties as required;

Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, be able to follow instructions, and demonstrate good communication skills.
