Seeking a dedicated Educational Programme Developer to lead our early childhood education team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programmes that cater to the needs of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement educational programmes that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
  • Provide guidance and support to early childhood educators to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote quality education and care
  • Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders to foster positive relationships

Requirements:

  • Diploma qualified in Children's Services or working towards Diploma with 50% completed
  • Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven experience as an early childhood educator (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check/Blue Card/DCSI Clearance
  • First Aid certificate
