Job Overview

As an Optical Dispenser and Keyholder, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and delivering outstanding customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading optometry company with a strong commitment to innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clientele.
  • Dispense lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by our Optometrists.
  • Build meaningful relationships with our clientele that gives them a reason to visit us again.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years experience in optical, or 2+ years retail sales experience
  • Previously entrusted with store opening/closing duties
  • Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills
  • Confident, clear and effective communication skills
  • Capable of building trusting and respectful relationships
  • Self-motivated, positive and friendly manner
