Corporate Governance Professional

This role is a key member of the corporate Secretary's team and partners with senior executives to manage corporate governance, subsidiary compliance, operational, and transactional legal matters.

The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate governance, legal entity structures, and legal operations. They will work closely with the board of directors and senior executives to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop and implement policies and procedures related to corporate governance, subsidiary governance, and legal operations.
  • Partner with external audit teams to ensure compliance with regulations and audit requirements.
  • Manage logistics for board of directors and committees, including planning meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating materials.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve corporate governance and legal operations.
  • Lead a team of professionals across the globe who manage and ensure compliance in our network of global subsidiaries.
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge strategies to manage operations and external legal vendors.
  • Oversee the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and business analytics to ensure top performance.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate governance principles and practices, with experience in managing complex legal issues and developing effective solutions.
