">This role is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Barwon Health North. As part of this position, you will be working with children and their families to provide early intervention speech therapy services in Geelong's northern suburbs.
">The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating closely with other allied health clinicians to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care. You will also be required to contribute to meeting service and Allied Health Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

">- To provide continuous improvement and delivery of high-quality, cost-effective speech pathology care
- To work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for consumers
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
">Applicants will need to possess: A bachelor degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent; Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
