Site Operations Coordinator

The Site Support Officer role is responsible for ensuring high-quality site support and fostering effective communication and positive working relationships with all stakeholders across the business.
This involves providing general admin support, coordinating site access, inductions, and training records, as well as supporting visitor management and site event logistics.
The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and have a high level of PC and system literacy.
Responsibilities- Provide general admin support and respond to work requests
- Coordinate site access, inductions, and training records
- Support visitor management and site event logistics
- Manage documents, notices, and internal communications
- Assist with ordering, invoicing, and maintaining records
- Cert III (or equivalent) in Business Administration
- Experience in administration or site support roles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
- High level of PC and system literacy
