Lead Radiographer

About our Imaging Facility

We pride ourselves on quality and experience in all imaging modalities with a courteous service.

We seek a highly-skilled Lead Radiographer to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising and directing a team of radiographers and technicians
  • Overseeing scheduling and coordination of imaging appointments
  • Ensuring adherence to policies, protocols and safety standards
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and reports
  • Providing expert guidance to clinicians on imaging modalities
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Representing the department and liaising with stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience as a registered radiographer with leadership experience
  • A thorough understanding of medical imaging modalities and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • A commitment to upholding high standards of patient care and safety
  • Proficiency in imaging software and technology
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in radiography or a related field
