Position Summary:

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Assisting with product selection and ensuring the store environment is maintained
  • Responding to customer enquiries in-store, online, and over the phone
  • Ensuring store products are displayed with correct price tags and are well-presented and tidy
  • Greeting customers as they enter the store and providing a high level of customer service and attention to detail
  • Resolving customer complaints by reporting to the Store Manager and assisting in investigating problems and developing solutions
  • Ensuring daily task and cleaning lists are completed
  • Performing end-of-day reconciliations
  • Dressing appropriately and professionally for the store you are assigned to work in
  • Maintaining a high level of personal hygiene and grooming

Key Requirements:

  • Applicable years of retail store experience
  • Proven successful experience in store sales
  • People and customer engagement skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to propose innovative ideas to increase store sales
