Are you a dedicated and ambitious veterinarian looking to take your career to the next level?
About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Veterinary Director to lead our team of passionate professionals in a purpose-built clinic on the beautiful Gold Coast.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of clinical experience, registration to work in Australia, and a strong desire to develop their leadership skills.
The successful applicant will be enrolled in the Lincoln Institute's Leading Edge for Veterinarians program, a 12-month online course that covers essential non-clinical skills including communication, time management, leadership, resilience, consulting success, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of veterinary professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive practice growth and excellence
- Mentor and coach staff to achieve their full potential
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- DVM or equivalent qualification
- Registration to work in Australia
- At least 4 years of clinical experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
