About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Quality Assurance Specialist to join our client's team in Sydney. As an Electronics Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing testing on electronic components and assemblies, troubleshooting and ensuring quality standards are met, collaborating with the production team to ensure smooth workflow, documenting and reporting test results, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform testing on electronic components and assemblies
  • Troubleshoot and ensure quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow
  • Document and report test results
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience in electronics testing or a similar role
  • Basic understanding of electronics and circuit boards
  • Exposure to SMT testing tools would be an advantage
  • TAFE diploma or similar qualification in Electronics
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow testing protocols
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
