**About the Role**

We are seeking individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional care and support to people in their own homes.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing personal care, planning and preparing meals, transporting customers on social outings, assisting with domestic duties, and contributing to support plans that cater to individual customer needs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

  • A genuine interest in caring for others
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is desirable
  • Ability to learn new skills through on-the-job training and professional development
  • A current driver's license and a registered, insured, roadworthy vehicle
  • Previous experience in care work is advantageous but not essential
