Airport Grounds Maintenance Specialist

We are a leading Australian tourism brand with the largest park network in the country.
The RoleKey responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment, ensuring the park remains well presented.
- Maintaining condition and cleanliness of park facilities, including amenities, camp kitchen and play areas.
- Performing general grounds upkeep, including landscaping, mowing, and litter removal.
- Carrying out repairs and routine maintenance tasks on park accommodation and facilities.
- Managing and maintaining park equipment and tools.
- Ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff by adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Responding to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Previous experience in grounds keeping is essential.
- Skills in building and grounds maintenance tasks are required.
- Attention to detail is crucial to ensure the safety and aesthetic appeal of the property.
- Able to safely operate groundskeeping equipment and power tools.
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility to work over a 7 day roster.
- Trade qualified is desirable.
- Prioritizing health and safety is paramount to this role.
This role involves extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg, kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
About the ParkWe have caravan parks and cabin accommodation across Australia.
