We are seeking passionate Diploma or Certificate III qualified Educators to join our team.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the Early Childhood industry and be committed to delivering high-quality education.

About this role:

  • Lead classrooms by effectively engaging with children, families, educators, and the wider community.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
  • Work in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.
  • Network with relevant stakeholders in the local community.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN AND FAMILIES.

About you:

  • Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
  • Current Working with Children Check, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
  • Experience in an early childhood setting.
  • SOUND UNDERSTANDING OF THE EYLF AND NQF.
  • Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs.

The Key Responsibilities

  1. Classroom Leadership: Effectively engage with children, families, educators, and the wider community.
  2. Educational Expertise: Demonstrate sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  1. Children's Services Qualification: Hold a Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
  2. Working with Children Check: Possess a current Working with Children Check, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
  3. Early Childhood Experience: Have experience in an early childhood setting.
  4. EYLF and NQF Understanding: Have a sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
  5. Classroom Leadership Experience: Have prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs.
