Business Services Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Services Manager to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and directors.

This role involves overseeing client portfolios, staff, and workflows, ensuring quality control standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff performance, workflow, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Oversee firm quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Prepare and review financial reports for various entity types, providing insightful analysis and recommendations
  • Prepare income tax returns for all entities, ensuring accurate calculations and timely submissions
  • Liaise with statutory bodies on behalf of clients, facilitating smooth interactions and resolving issues promptly
  • Provide expert guidance and support on client accounting software, helping clients optimize their systems and processes
  • Develop and implement effective tax and accounting planning strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize benefits
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of Australian Business Services experience, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Deep knowledge of accounting principles and Australian income tax legislation, with the ability to apply this expertise in a practical context
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and concepts
