Supporting Families with Disabilities Coordinator
2 weeks ago
This role involves supporting families with disabilities and making a meaningful impact in their lives. As a Family Services Specialist Disability Practitioner, you will be part of a team that drives positive change for families by promoting early intervention approaches. These approaches aim to divert families from the child protection system, reduce re-notifications, and foster collaboration between community services, schools, and government agencies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be passionate about working with families, and have experience in disability support. You will also have a strong understanding of early intervention principles and strategies. If you are committed to making a difference in the lives of others, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.
You will work closely with other professionals to identify family needs and develop effective solutions. This may involve coordinating referrals to relevant services, providing support and guidance to families, and collaborating with community groups to promote awareness of early intervention approaches.
If you are a motivated individual who is passionate about working with families and improving outcomes, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding role.
